- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following item on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman PRB Systems, Inc. 43865 Airport View Drive, Hollywood, MD 20636: One (1) Training and Readiness Device (TRAD) 600. To ensure compatibility with current systems and meet the requirements of Aegis facilities, this item must be procured from Northrop Grumman PRB Systems, Inc. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and award will be made on an all or none basis. The closing date is 30 August 2007. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Dahlgren, Virginia. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. No deliveries will be accepted on Federal holidays. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at DLGR_NSWC_XDS12@navy.mil, but the quote may also be faxed to (540) 653-4089 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: XDS129, 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
