- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase the following items manufactured by Opto 22: P/N SNAP-AIV-4, qty. 31 each; P/N SNAP-AIMA-4, qty. 10 each; P/N SNAP-SCM-232, qty. 62 each; and P/N SNAP-UP1-ADS, qty. 13 each. A sole source is required to prevent design changes and ensure compatibility with existing hardware and software systems. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will apply. Small business distributors are encouraged to provide a quotation. The NAICS Code is: 334513 with a size standard of 500 employees. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. The order will be a firm fixed price. Delivery will be 30 days ARO. Responses are due by September 7, 2007 at 2:00 pm.
