- ?This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane.? This requirement is for a quantity of 1 each Scanning Electron Microscope with, installation, training, preventative maintenance and unlimited emergency service and on-location service provided within a 24 hour period for inoperable equipment, in accordance with NSWC Specification. Delivery is required within 120 days after contract award, FOB Crane, IN. Inspection and acceptance will be made at destination. To be eligible for award contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government considering past performance and price related factors. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency. This solicitation will be available to download via WWW on the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division homepage at www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/ho mepage.htm. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Interested sources must download from the www site listed.
