- This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to identify potential offerors to provide the lease of trailer/manufactured building with twelve (12) office spaces at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville NC. The lease specifications include, but are not limited to, a mobile/manufactured building approximately 36ft by 60ft with a center hallway and twelve (12) walled office spaces. Restrooms are not to be provided. General maintenance of the structure is also required. Service is 200 Amp. A complete list of specifications will be included in the solicitation. The Government will consider alternate specifications as provided by the Contractor to meet the Government?s need. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 332311 the annual size standard is 500 employees. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 % set-aside for small business (SB). Interested SB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than ten (10) days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by notifying the contracting officer listed below. The contract term will be a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. In certain circumstances, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six (6) months under the Option to Extend Services clause. In either case, the Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil when it becomes available. All interested offerors shall register at the website. The solicitation will be available on or about 4 September 2007. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is on or about 18 September 2007. The solicitation will be available in electronic format only. The solicitation will utilize evaluation factors including price, past performance and technical ability to meet the Government?s need.
