- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number N68335-07-T-0090 is issued as a competitive request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation will be 100% small business set aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The NAICS is 336419. (iv) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) are for a qty of five (5) Adapter Set, Test (NSN 4935-99-912-8208) CLIN 0001. (v) All items shall be preserved, packaged, packed, and marked in accordance with FAR 5252.247-9510 Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Requirements. Items shall be packaged separately with MILSTRIP Marked on container. Delivery shall commence as soon after contract award as possible. FOB Origin. Ship each to F/F ( Freight Forwarder): NAWCADLKE Receiving Officer Rt 547, Bldg 271 Lakehurst, NJ 08733 Inspection and Acceptance: A DD250 will be used.
