- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)intends to negotiate a sole source modification on a previously awarded firm-firm price contract with Votaw Precision Technologies, Inc (Votaw), 13153 Lakeland Road, Santa Fe, CA 90670 for the F/A-18 Center Barrel Replacement (CBR) assembly jig tools. Votaw is AS9100A registered. Votaw's personnel are USN certified for crane and rigging operation and possess necessary Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) capability for machining large frames. As a result, Votaw is the only source possessing the unique knowledge, manufacturing and technical expertise to build the requisite supplies within the required time frame. See Notes 22 and 26.
