- N8373080001-Janitorial Services at Lake Mead National Recretion Area, Clark County NV. This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 28, 2007. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Solicitation Number N8373080001. The work consists of furnishing all supervision, personnel, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services in Lake Mead NRA office, meeting and wareouse space, in the vacinity of Boulder City, and Boulder Beach, NV, in accordance with the Park Service Performance Work Statement (PWS) including cleaning frequency schedule Base Period of October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008, plus two (2) Option years. This acquisiton is a Total Small Business set-aside. NAICS code 561720, with the small business size standard of $15.0 million. This is a Best Value procurement and will use a comparative evaluation of proposals based on price, past performance and technical qualifications. In order to download the solicitation, interesed vendors must register at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. It is mandatory that all contractors register in the Central Contract Registration (ccr) database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. the anticipated award is on or about September 22, 2007. Responses from offerors will be accepted at the address listed in the solicitation in hard copy until the due date specified in the Solicitation, with the manual signature of the authorized compay official.
