Description: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vertex Standard USA, Inc., in Cypress CA, 90630, to acquire portable radios identical with the present set of radios within the Denver Federal Center. The proposed action is to purchase product for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13. 106-1(b.)
