- The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee Washington intends to enter into a Sole Source Agreement with Cintas Corporation for a maximum four (4) month extension of the current Flame Resistant Clothing Rental and Cleaning Program. During this time period, the Government intends to issue a competitive solicitation for a comprehensive Flame Resistant Clothing Rental and Cleaning Program.
