Description

The work consists of creating a Reasonable Foreseeable Development Scenerio (RFDS) for nine (9) states. Work includes analyzing federal oil and gas production in the SouthEast (SE) United States. The plan will detail the amount and consequences of drilling and production of federal oil and gas in the SE Region. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS: 541320. The majority of the work will involve reviewing BLM documents and records located in Jackson, MS. Limited visits to the 9 states covered in the RFDS may provide information not availabe in BLM records. These states are Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Estimated start work is October 1, 2007 and performance time is 180 calendar days. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is August 28, 2007. This solicitation contains a price evaluation preference for small business concerns.
