- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The SIC is 4959. The NAICS code is 562998. This solicitation serves as the Request for Quotation (RFQ) to purchase sump services for pumping six (6 Each) located at the East Side of Mott Lake on Fort Bragg, NC. Each sump holds approximately 2155 gallons of water and DF-200 (non-toxic)(1:1 ratio). Each Sump measures 6' x 6 inches x 8 'deep and holds approx 2155 gallons. The contractor shall empty each pump twice delay. Total amou nt of pumpings equals 156 on Ft. Bragg. As result, the offeror shall provide price for CLIN 0001 unit price and total price See Sump Pumping Schedule and Site Map are posted at https://www.amsca.atec.army.mil as attachment A. The offeror shall quote based on all or none and the basis for award is lowest acceptable offer. Provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Offerors need to include a comple te copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer (registered in CCR, DUNS Number, Cage Code, and Tax ID Number). The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implem ent Statues of Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clauses include: 52.223-3 Hazardous Material Identification and Material Safety Data; 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Vete rans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-37, Employment Reports of Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; and 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration.
