- Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, Ga has a requirement for (1) FTE Physical Therapist to perform outpatient/inpatient electromyography nerve conduction velocity testing (EMG/NCV) on as need basis to military beneficiaries. Performance un der this requirement will be of Non-Personal Services as defined by FAR 37.101: means a contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contracts terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employee. Final Contract award shall be issued for a period of Five (5) Years inclusive of a Base Year and 4 one year option periods beginning 1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sept 2012. A written solicitation will be issued on or around 31 August
