- North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order with Krishna RAO MD for academic radiologists, non-personal services located at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Department of Radiology, Washington DC, on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C 2305 (c) (1) only one responsible source to provide 17 FTE academic radiologists. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplifie d acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 621111, size standard $9 million. All responsible offers may submit a quotation which be considered by the contracting office. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative res ponse they can provide 17 credentialed FTEs by 1 October 2007. A determination by the Government not to open the requiring to competition based on responses to the notice is solely in the discretion of the Government.
