- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to award on a sole source basis to MC Fuhman and Associates. The requirement is for the contractor to provide consulting services for the preliminary MCFA Engineering and Capital Plans and Projects at APG, MD. This effort constitutes additional follow-on work of the same nature that was underway via a previous action with the same company, through contract with third party (Greenhorne & OMara). The work is required to begin upon receip t of order. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Quotes. No contract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. Howeve r, all information received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open th e requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS code is 541611, with a size standard of $6.5 million.
