- Notice of Proposed Contract Action: Kansas City Engineer District (COE) intends to obtain archaeological site and survey GIS Location Information Datasets in State of Missouri as relating to the respective COE lakes and Missouri River cultural resour ce locations. The information is to be converted to interface with the DNR (MO, Dept. of Natural Resources) database and complying with PL 89-665, as amended. Costs relating to this project are believed to be more than $25,000.00 and require the publicat ion of this Notice of Proposed Contract Action, in accordance with FAR 5.203 for a 15 day period.
