- The Pine Bluff Arsenal intends to award a purchase order to acquire repairs parts for the Agilent 6890 gas chromatograph on a sole source basis. Part number G2648A dual signal FPD update kit, 6 ea. The following clauses apply to this acquisition: A completed copy of of provision 52.212-3 Offeror-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract therms and Conditions Commercial Item; 52-212-5 Contract Terms and conditions Required to implement Statues or Executive Orders- Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 42345 0. This acquisition is being persued on an unrestricted basis. An award will be made 4 days from the date of this notice. This is not a request for quote, however, sources may submit descriptive literature which fully demonstrate their product meets the s pecification which shall be considered by the agency. This sole source procurement is being awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5 Affirmative responses and descriptive literature should be forwarded to reach this office N LT COB the 4 days after publication of this notice.
