- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912L2-07-T-0020 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. The associated NAICS codes is 423450, small business size 100. COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The USPFO for Arizona has a requirement for brand name or equal: CLIN 0001 (2) RM-183 Multi-Station Screening Booths, manufactured by Acoustic Systems, Austin Texas. Items to be delivered to the following addresses: Unit 1: CAMP NAVAJO, TONY LEWIS, 1 HUGHES AVE. BLDG #2, BELLEMONT AZ 86015, TEL: 928 607-1529. Unit 2: WAATS MAINTENANCE, SFC JACK SATTERFIELD, SILVERBELL AHP, BLDG L4300, MARANA AZ 85653, TEL: 520 616-5997. If quoting equal, enough information must be provided so that an evaluation can be accomplished to determine if the item is equal. Failure to do so may result in no further consideration given.
