- The 379 ECONS, Al Udeid AB, Qatar is establishing a contract for the purchase and installation of a Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) insert. Vendors who can provide the supplies and services specified in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) are encouraged to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms of the solicitation. This solicitation will not entertain only partial service. Proposals will be evaluated equally on Technical Ability, Price, and Delivery. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted three days after the posting of the synopsis.
