- Eielson AFB, Alaska has a non-personel services requirement for a Test Administrator/Academic Advisor . The contractor shall provide Non-personal services in support of U.S. Air Force voluntary off-duty education program to include the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES), Air Force Professional Military Education (PME) testing programs, Career Development Course (CDC) testing, academic institution distance learning, Air Force Institute for Advanced Distributive Learning testing programs and support of U.S. Air Force voluntary off-duty education program to include providing academic advisement, information, and guidance plus preparation of documents associated with the services provided and administrative duties as assigned. The request for quotation number is FA5004-07-T-0055 and will be made available to be downloaded at www.fedbizopps.gov. The Period of Performance is 1 Oct 2007 ? 30 Sep 2008 with 1 Option Period. This action is 100 Percent (100%) set aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, with a business size standard of $6.5 mil. This solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.
