- NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTIONS (24 Aug 07) 1. This notice will serve as notification of a Sole Source solicitation for the following: Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), One International Court, Broomfield, CO 80021 for Geospatial Information System (GSI) software and hardware solution (using Microsoft and ESRI hardware and software) that supports the Research and Development needs for the Dean of Faculty. This request is issued for the USAF Academy /DFCE. This will be a firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. 2. FAR clause 52.212-5 (DEV) (Nov 2006), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (Deviation) applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses applicable to this acquisition are: 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-33, and 52.252-2.
