- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, materials, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to provide internet services utilizing a dedicated T-1 line to the library and youth center located at Bolling AFB, DC. The contractor shall provide internet services without extending or diminishing the scope of the current contract or any disruption of the current internet service. The contractor shall also provide proof of system capability with the existing T1 line. The contractor shall provide internet services and onsite and or remote technical support for all network and or hardware related problems 24 hours, 7 days a week and shall maintain any equipment needed to provide the requested service. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 518111 and the small business size standard is $23.5M. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Period of performance is twelve months (1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008) with three option years. The solicitation will be distributed solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or after 28 August 2007, http://www.fbo.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED. No fax/telephone requests will be accepted. Prospective Offerors will be asked to register for this solicitation at the above referenced web site. This notice does not obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. **NOTE: ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR RESGISTRTION BY THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
