- Travis AFB intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc for a cost per test agreement to include the following equipment: 2 Vitros 5,1 Analyzers and 2 Vitros ECi Q Analyzers. This agreement also includes installation of the equipment, consumables (i.e., reagents, test-kits, controls, and calibrators), disposables, accessories, training and other items required using the cost per test agreement. All work is to be completed at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA; period of performance will be 1 Oct 07- 30 Sept 08. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS Code 325413. SIC 2835 applies.
