- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quotation No. FA8504-07-Q-20092. A firm-fixed price award will be made to Lockheed Martin Corporation., CAGE 98897, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. NAICS Code: 336413, business size NTE 1,000 employees. REQUIREMENTS: Procurement of a complete hard copy (commercial off-the-shelf or reprinted) set of the listed L-100 SMP manuals, in binders, with latest revisions incorporated at time of contract award. Manuals must be delivered to country within six months. This acquisition also involves annual updates to manuals (three, one-year options).
