- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Contracting Office: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Material Command, Electronic Systems Center, HQ 754th ELSG/KA, 200 East Moore Dr., MAFB-Gunter Annex, AL 36114-3000 Notice of intent to Award Sole Source to: BAE Systems for Enterprise Guard Licenses. Intention: HQ 754th ELSG/DOX, MAFB- Gunter Annex, AL has a requirement to purchase two upgraded Guard License. The upgrade is from a backup to Prime license. for the Period of Performance: 13 months from date of shipment. Description: Enterprise Guard License Justification: supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received wi ll normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
