- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FA8604-07-R-7043 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and FAR incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20070802. This solicitation incorporates by reference the following FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 252.211-7003, 252-212-7001 and 252.232-7010. The NAIC Code is 541519. This requirement is for SOCET GXP IA Advanced Bundle and SOCET Government Pro Bundle. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). Wright-Patterson Air Force Base intends to award to BAE Systems National Security Solutions Inc., 11847 Sunset Hills Rd., Reston VA 20190-5228 in contemplation of an approved sole source. The period of performance is noted below for each CLIN. Prices shall be provided for the following CLINs listed below: See Attached Item Description Ship to: NASIC/SCXA, ATTN: Ronald H. Crane, 4170 Hebble Creek Road, Bldg 280, Door 12, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433, FOB Destination. Net 30 Payment Terms. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
