- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures. This RFQ has one line item. The item being procured for NASIC/SMA, WPAFB is as follows: Replace existing chilled water Lieberts at Building 10262 with (3) dual cooling Lieberts. The size standard for this effort is 750 employees.
