- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HSZ17205A900 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. The NAICS Code is 334290 and the NAICS size standard is 750. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced, brand name or ?equal? purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: Item Qty Product # Description 1 2 GSS7712-3 GPS Simulator with 12 channels of L1 and 12 channels of L2, including PC and SimGEN operating software 2 2 SimSAAS *Classified package including: SF1001-6S-1.02-AC Software SF1001-3 AOC Housing Modules (excluding AOCs) SF1001-7 Fill Port SF1001-7S-1.00 Fill Port Driver Software SF1001-8 Removable Drives 3 48 SF1001-2 *Auxiliary Output Chips (AOCs) TA624-10, excluding installation 4 2 Installation of Qty 24 AOC?s onto Qty 8 Housing Modules (per Simulator) - Must be currently able to enable generation of GPS C/A, P, Y and M-codes *Must currently be approved by the GPS wing for the generation of GPS Y and M codes to include M-code Simulator Data Sets in support of the GPS Modernized User Equipment program. *Need to be able to be slaved together in configurations of up to 8 simultaneous constellations being generated, with phase coherency to satisfy the testing requirements for multi-element controlled reception pattern antenna (CRPA) electronics testing. * Must also be compatible with customized simulation software developed by the 746th Test Squadron, MITRE Corporation, and the Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate.
