- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-07-Q-AR04. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This serves as an intent to award sole source to AVID Technology Inc, 1101 Penn Ave NW Ste 600, Washington, D.C. 20004-2514. The associated NAICS code is 334111 with a 1,000 employee size standard. This RFQ contains 9 line items.
