- Provide labor, material, equipment, and supervision to completely prepare site for building operations at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System including demolition and removal of existing structures for the Pharmacy IV Room. Contractor shall relocate large laminar flow hood to consultation booth, place small laminar flow hood in building 1 for storage, relocate chemo hood to consultation booth, & move existing furniture into building 1 storage area as per the specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions of the contract.
