- The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO), Acquisition Operations Service, Washington, DC intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with the National Forum for Healthcare Quality Measurement (NFHQM), Washington, DC., its membership renewal for a one year period. The proposed requirement is for membership coverage for Chronic Conditions - Diabetes Workshop for Steering Committee Performance Measures. The Government will negotiate with only one source via the Authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, and all responses must be received within 10 calendar days after publication of this notice.
