- Page 1 of: 08/21/200' The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration Regional Office, Pittsburgh, PA has a requirement for transcription services. This is a 100% set-aside procurement for Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned and Operated Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The NAICS code is 561410 with the small business size standard of $6.5M. Responses from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies and transportation to provide transcription services for the V A Pittsburgh Regional Office. The Department of Veterans Affairs will provide the contractor with audiocassettes or other media for the purpose of verbatim transcription into a format specified by VA. Solicitation will be available on/about 7 September 2007 to interested parties through electronic data interchange at http://www.fbo.gov/spg/VA/index.html for downloading free of charge. The offeror is responsible to download all amendments and other documents from this website without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs. It is highly recommended that you complete the solicitation mailing list on the website before downloading the solicitation.
