- The Bureau of Labor Statistics needs assistance in support of the President?s Management Agenda and the Commissioner?s Management Initiative, ?Valuing our Human Resources.? Due to the critical stages of development it is crucial that the individual has an extensive knowledge of the BLS HR issues and initiatives, and the background and history of their development. The BLS intends to issue an open market sole source contract to Eleanor Smith, 4203 Chaste tree Ct., Pikesville, MD 21208. This notice of intent is not a request for offers.
