- The following questions, answers and additional information are provided for clarification. Q1. Is this funded or looking for fallout? A1. This requirement is funded. Q2. Do you have a floor plan of this for installation and space planning purpose? A2. Installation of the tables is not required. The dimensions of the table tops are firm requirements as they are utilized with existing tables of the same dimensions to be set-up for various class sizes within various classrooms. Q3. If funded, when would you award? A3. The intent is to award this fiscal year. Q4. Can you provide me the edge profile that you need for the table top? The Furniture Fixtures Table Top Model #10140 has five different edge options. A4. These tables will be utilized in classrooms and should have rounded corners. Existing edges are Bumper T Black. Existing table tops are walnut and grey. Q5. Can you provide additional specifications for the table base requested? I am unable to find the table base from the model number given. A5. Two table legs are required per table top. T-style bases. Direct any questions (in writing) to stephen.foster@dhs.gov. Questions will not be accepted after August 27, 2007 at 10:00AM MST. Quotations or alternate brand information must be submitted via email to stephen.foster@dhs.gov or fax (505) 748-8002 to be received no later than August 30, 2007 by 3:00 p.m. MST.
