Description
AMENDMENT A002 - Final Questions and Answers - Question 1 - Should the broadcaster submit copies of previous body of work? Answer 1 ? Copies are not required but would be welcome as an indication of the bidder?s quality and ability to produce materials that fit the requirements of this project. Question 2 - In terms of the entitlements listed as per the media vehicle used can the broadcaster give a holistic multi media plan ? Answer 2 ? The Department would welcome creative ideas for a media plan, provided they would fit within the limited budget and tight schedules of the request for proposals. Question 3 - In the document sent a preference for the English channels has been underlined can the broadcaster can also add regional channel mixes? Answer 3 ? Proposals for regional channel mixes in support of the national coverage objectives of the program would be welcome. However, if you propose to use languages other than English you will need to ensure that both the broadcast and the production sides of this procurement are in synch with your strategy. One way to do this would be to bid for both procurements. Another would be to include in a single bid subtitling or professional dubbing. Question 4 - The url of the website where we can access all the information for this programme? Answer 4 ? For a link to the previous program for China, please refer to www.liuxueusa.cn for the Chinese and English-language materials that were broadcast and posted on the web. Please note, however, that for this project for India, we would like to have the programming materials reflect and appeal to an Indian audience and need not have a look or feel similar to the earlier program.
