- This project is for grounds maintenance on the North Bend Compound, Snoqualmie Ranger District. From Seattle, go east on I-90 to Exit 31, take the exit and go left on the round about onto Bendingo Way, drive north approx one mile and turn right onto SE North Bend Way. Drive approx 2 miles to the ranger station located at 42404 SE North Bend Way. Grounds area is approx 4.94 acres. Work includes but is not limited to lawn care, flower and shrubbery beds care, tree and shrubbery maintenance and disposal of debris. The resulting contract will for the base year with options. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about September 6, 2007. Contract period will be from October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008 for the base year.
