- The requirement is for NSN 6150-01-272-4997,Wiring Harness, IAW Basic Drawing NR 80063 TRAIRCRAFT01. First Article Testing by Contractor is required. RFP will cover requirements for an Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 100% Option For Increased Quantity. The FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. RFP will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
