- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-888-0128, 0015352063, Cylinder, Clutch. The OEM is The Northrop Grumman Cage 76823, P/N 3-51131. Other sources are International Precision Inc. Cage 3H683 and Derco Aerospace, Inc., Cage 8X044. Requirement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed buy for 425 each and no option. This is a small business set-aside full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The solicitation issue date is September 11, 2007 and the solicitation closing date is September 27, 2007. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. An ?Export Control?
