Description
DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to two (2) one-year periods. The Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-07-R0943; IQC07205009003; R-J07200002. This IQC covers NSN 9150 00 889 3522 (Unit Plastic Bottle Containing 4 FL OZ). The estimated annual quantity is 16,008. The solicitation will be Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed Price with EPA Adjustments under provisions of FAR Part 12. Qualified Products List (QPL) 46000-21 dated 13 April 2005 SUPERCEDING 46000-20 dated 2 March 2005 applies IAW Military Specification MIL-L-46000 Lubricant, Semi-Fluid (Automatic Weapons). Distribution Planning and Management System (DPMS) will be incorporated into the solicitation (Reference DLAD 47.305-8 DPMS Pilot). This is a synopsis for a commercial item IAW the procedures of FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Items (CSI) per SAP interrogation on 24 July 2007. The requirements QAP190; MSDS/OSHA Hazardous Warning Label; and Type II Shelf Life (24 months) applies. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirement is 30 days after receipt of order or best possible delivery for all NSNs. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance at Destination is required ? MSDS required FOB Origin with Inspection Acceptance at Origin. The NSN is procured as fully competitive IAW military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. Surge requirements apply therefore a surge plan detailing how the surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted along with offer. The solicitation will be posted to DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 21 September 2007.
