- Description
- DSCR plans to solicit an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a one-year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-07-R-0912 and covers NSN 5365 01 158 9635 Bushing, Blade Lock Pin. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance Origin is required. The NSN is procured IAW Export Control Basic Drawing 70108-28010, Cage 78286, type number 70108-28010-101 dated 08/30/02. Offerors must be Export Control Certified in order to submit an offer on this procurement. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Distribution Planning and Management System (DPMS) will be incorporated into the solicitation (Reference DLAD 47.305-8 DPMS Pilot). This NSN is a critical application item but is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on 24 August 2007. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirement is 30 days after receipt of order or best possible delivery. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 182 each for the base year and 182 each for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 45 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is projected to be 21 September 2007, and the solicitation closing date is 22 October 2007. The solicitation will be posted to DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 21 September 2007.
