- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) under FAR Part 15, Source Selection Procedures. This item is a Gravity Roller Conveyor, NSN 3910-00-260-0171. Solicitation SPM8EF-07-R-0003 is expected to be issued October 18, 2007 with an estimated closing date of November 19, 2007. The proposed acquisition is for a total estimated annual quantity of 115 EA, for approximately $717,600.00 per year. The acquisition will be solicited as an IQC. The Minimum Ordering Quantity is 12 EA and the Maximum Ordering Quantity is 200 EA. The IQC will have a 2-year base with 3 one-year options. Delivery is to CONUS stock locations, source inspection is required. Delivery schedule is 180 days. The solicitation will be evaluated with Past Performance and Price of EQUAL IMPORTANCE. This acquisition is for supplies that the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1). The item is procured to a Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems (98897) drawing, 4F55096-103A Revision F.
