- Solicitation SPM7L2-07-R-0203 is a 100% small business set-aside for NSN 2940-01-107-9689, Parts Kit, Air Filter for a quantity of 5870 EA, including a 100% option quantity (possible additional 5870 EA, if exercised). Approved TACOM drawing cage 19207 5702838 and all related data. With First Article Test, requesting 2935 pieces in 180 days delivery ADO, balance 30 days thereafter. Without FAT, requesting 2935 in 90 days ADO with balance due 30 days therafter. NSN has a First Article Test, 3 unit, 60 days ADO. NSN requires Origin Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Destinations may include any DSCC stock sites. Quotations must be submitted in written form. THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE BEFORE THE ISSUE DATE. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of September 4, 2007. Copies of the RFP will be on at HTTP://DIBBS.BSM.DLA.MIL/RFP. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon the best value including a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
