- DESCRIPTION: PR # 0015309197, 5998-01-207-7149. Approved source(s): Herley (24469), Northrop (97942). The requirement is for 20 each to be delivered to Hill AFB, Utah within 180 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 10 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date of September 10, 2007. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Herley (24469), Northrop (97942). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
