- Description
- The proposed procurement is for NSN 2090-00-368-4788, CHAIR, PEDESTAL, SHIP in accordance with Turnbull Enterprises (83002) P/N 447-000. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), for an estimated annual quantity of 75 EACH. Items to be shipped to various locations within estimated minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance. Numbered notes 12, and 26 are applicable. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement is appearing in solicitations. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. ORCA is fully implemented. THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE ISSUE DATE OF 10 SEPTEMBER 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP.
