- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Request for quote (RFQ) MIPR7L7DISK560. (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 05-18. (iv) The NAICS code is 334210, the size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is PROMINA Specific Make and Model and only new products are acceptable. (v) Provide a price for each of the following CLINs. CLIN 0002: Part Number: SVC-PROM-APX-800B-UPL, PORMINA ADVANCE PARTS EXCHANGE MAINT UPLIFT, 800,4-7shf, 1ST YEAR ONLY, QTY 3 EACH. CLIN 0003: SVC-PROM-EXWP-800B-RNWL, PROMINA EXTENDED WARRANTY W/ADVANCE PARTS AXCHANGE MAINT, 800,4-7SHF, RENEWAL, QTY 3 EACH. (vii) Ship to: W215GIV, Tobyhanna Army Depot, 11 Hap Arnold Blvd., Tobyhanna, PA 18466, M/F Warehouse 6, Bay 2 (Gen II Camp Roberts), Attn: Ed Swartz, (570) 895, 6301 FOB destination; acceptance at destination.
