An amendment will be issued next week that will provide all offerors with the Q&A rec eived no later than Monday, August 27, 2007, 4:00 p.m.. A new SF 1449 will be posted that has the watermark DRAFT removed from it, with the second amendment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
