- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a Purchase Order to Pickard Incorporated, 782 Pickard Avenue, Antioch, IL 60002-1523. This action is for the purchase of Pickard China Serving replacement pieces described as follows: Quantity of 180 Dessert Plates, Quantity of 180 Soup Dish Rims, Quantity of 30 Gravy Boats and Trays, Quantity of 30 Sugar Bowls and Covers, Quantity of 30 Creamers, Quantity of 60 Beverage Servers and Covers, and Quantity of 30 Salt and Pepper. All China shall be Ivory Body, Palace Pattern with 2mm Kubalt band per drawings. No substitutions are allowed. All items shall be shipped to Logistics Applications Inc. 3300 75th Ave. (Rear Entrance) Landover, MD 20785. FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. So solicitation shall be issued other than this notice. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to MSIC by FAX 256-313-7963 or email to Donna Tignor at tigor@msic.dia.mil.
