- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center ? Detachment Pacific is soliciting for Calibration Services for Government owned equipment to be performed onsite. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures utilizing low price technically acceptable evaluation of offers. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for proposal is N00253-07-T-0261. This solicitation will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center DEPERM Facility, Bldg 54, Beckoning Point, Waipio Peninsula, HI. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or around 27 August 2007. The closing date of the solicitation is anticipated to be 5 September 2007. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from NECO https://www.neco.navy.mil/ or FedBizOps http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ , and to fr equently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to kosteleckydl@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO or Federal Business Opportunities website. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Any questions should be submitted in writing via e-mail to kosteleckydl@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contrac tor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/). This is being procu red as a Small Business Set-a-side. Numbered Note 1 applies.
