- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W81K00-07-T-0377 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. The procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses, NAICS code is 339112, small business standard size is 500 employees. Requirement is for 18 each Broselow/Hinkle Pediatric Resuscitation System, Cat #AE4700 or equivalent to include Shipping. If providing an equal product, comply with FAR Clause 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. Explain how your company will meet the characteristics as specified in the solicitation.
