- This procurement will consist of specified materials and equipment that shall be standard products of a manufacturer regularly engaged in the manufacture of such products. The Discrete Analyzer shall be a state-of-the-art model supported by the manuf acturer with the availability of replacement parts for a period no less than seven years. The discrete analyzer, consisting of all components listed in PART 2 PRODUCTS of this specification, shall be a full production unit not a prototype, demonstration, u sed or pre-production model. The magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $25,000.00 - $100,000.00. The receipt date for bids is 28 Sep 2007. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. NAICS CODE 334516 applies to this procurement. Submission requirements (plans/specs) will be available on/about 4 Sep 2007 via http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (search on W91236% for solicitations issued by Norfolk District).
