- Description
- This is an upgrade to the AV system in the Operations Center. It is required to maintain situational awareness in the course of emergency operations. This contract includes installation of all devices and includes upgrades as necessary to electrical systems. Walk-Through of the facility is tentatively scheduled for 9:00 AM on 29 August 2007. An RSVP must be submitted to Scott F. Katherman via e-mail prior to the the Walk Through date: scott.katherman@us.army.mil. All questions must be submitted in writing. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System code 334310, with a small business size of 750 employees. A requirement for award of this contract is the winning vendor's capability to respond within one hour to emergency service calls (These service calls will be purchased not under this purchase order, but under separate purchase orders or with the Governmen t Purchase Card). This requirement is for a firm fixed priced contract.
